ACCUMET MATERIALS CO. of Ossining NY has joined with MWT MATERIALS, Inc. of Passaic NJ to produce an improved version of MF 500 Type CR  alloy powder. The powder can be used for RF control, electromagnetic
shielding, and structural applications where elevated temperature performance and/or corrosion resistance is
required. After the powder is produced MWT’s proprietary coating is applied to enhance the corrosion resistance
and bonding of the powder in a matrix.  Accumet is a leading supplier of powders and other specialty ceramics and
metals used for many HI-TECH applications and MWT is a leading supplier of RF technologies to industry. The
combined resources of both companies will ensure a continued supply of MF 500 Type CR Powder and improved
technical back-up. Using our custom classification process we can also supply this powder with mean particle
