Millimeter Wave Technology, Inc.. today announces a name change to MWT Materials, Inc.  This name change is
 a result of corporate restructuring and only reinforces our technical base, dedication to quality, or commitment to
 our customers.  In an effort to provide continuity with prior documents, products, and customers, , MWT Materials
will operate using both our actual name as well as the “doing business as” name of Millimeter Wave Technology
